The reservation system
To process the request for booking we need to collect your name, address, email address and telephone and the information to provide you with relevant feedback on accommodation and other services we provide.
After we successfully confirm your reservation, we will note you as our guest and we will process your personal information solely for the purpose of providing the service you have contracted and for logging in to the central tourist records information system which is a legal obligation in the Republic of Croatia.
For this purpose, when registering at the hotel we will ask for additional information such as the number, date and place of issuance of your identification document, nationality, country of residence, date and place of birth, and license plate of the vehicle if you use our accommodation service for vehicles.
The described data processing is necessary for the provision of accommodation services.
Promotional messages
If you give us your prior consent or submit your e-mail address in the web form for receiving newsletters, we will inform you about the benefits, discounts and news in our offer.
